When you use our booking platform, we will need you to supply you with specific information required to fulfil a contract. If you refuse to supply part or all of this information, we may not be able to fulfil these contracts, which includes (but is not limited to) providing you with contact information prior to the holiday to arrange a late arrival or if the guests belongings have been left in the property after departure.
