Introduction
We love dogs and want you to enjoy your holiday with your dog. Below are some handy guides and instructions for Holidaymakers when staying at our Property. We accommodate up to 3 well behaved and house trained dogs.
What we provide for your dog
We provide a little welcome pack for dog which includes a few treats and dog poo bags. There is outdoor washing areas for dog paws outside the properties.
What to bring with you for your dog
It is a good idea to bring;
Towels for drying your dog after washes/walks
Dog Crate and Bed
Food and Water bowls
Dog lead
Check your dog has an identity tag with your phone number on in case they wander off
Outdoor Spaces for your dogs
We are in 28 acres of farmland and are directly on the boarder of the Staffordshire Moorlands and the Peak District, there are plenty of spaces for you to spend time outdoors with your dog.
Nook Cottage has a rear patio to the cottage, it is not fully enclosed but has a field directly behind it, this field space is used for both Cottages.
Dog Walks
There are plenty of dog friendly walks from the cottage door or in the local area please see the Things To Do or Local Walks section on our website or in the booking confirmation letter to see places of interest to visit with your dogs.
Eating out with your dogs
There are a lot of local cafes and restaurants that are dog friendly, please see our Where To Eat section on our website or in the booking confirmation letter that identifies dog friendly venues.
Accommodation rules for dog stays
Dogs are not allowed:
upstairs
in the bedrooms
on sofas, furniture or beds
Dogs should not be left in the accommodation alone or unsupervised at any time.
Dogs must have flea treatment which is upto date, before their arrival.
